Orgnition is a Melbourne-based startup focusing on making a difference in the not-for-profit sector. The company was founded after seeing the lack of dynamic and innovative companies servicing the technology needs of not-for-profit organisations.
Orgnition is about changing the industry around technology service providers for the not-for-profit sector but also about changing the industry itself. We want to make not-for-profits stronger, more efficient, more engaged with their stakeholders and ultimately more accountable. We want to reduce waste, duplication and inefficiency to help these organisations make greater contributions to the world.
The Orgnition team is lead by co-founders Ned Dwyer and Josh Sharp.
Ned Dwyer is the managing founder of Orgnition. Ned brings a range of experience to Orgnition including project management, traditional and digital marketing and web development.
Prior to Orgnition Ned has worked in a range of roles including Marketing Manager for an ASX-listed company and founding an online advertising network.

Josh Sharp is co-founder and development lead at Orgnition, focusing on user experience, web development and new technology integration.
Prior to Orgnition Josh has worked on a variety of projects including building the I.T. infrastructure or intranets of large Australian companies and developing his own Twitter applications.
Josh is interested in web-applications and connecting people around the world through the internet.
